We recommend using a new certificate for tracking via your custom domain. This certificate can be created and uploaded via certificate request under Settings → Tracking Code → Tracking Code
Alternatively, an existing certificate (including certificate, intermediate certificate and key) can be sent to etracker via Certificate API.
