You are getting an error message when booking an etracker license?
Please check all your details again to make sure they are correct, i.e. as they are stored in the commercial register.
So, for example, not only the company name is sufficient, but also the legal form such as GmbH or AG must be mentioned.
For all bookings from the EU (except Germany), the correctness check takes place with the VAT identification number (VAT ID). Therefore, pay particular attention to the correct entry here.
