After clicking on the account ID in the etracker account, the main user has the option of changing passwords for himself and other users under Settings → Account → User → Personal data → Change password.
The following criteria must be observed when assigning passwords:
- at least 8 characters
- at least one upper and one lower case letter
- at least one number
- at least one special character (underscore and minus do not count as special characters)
