Important information on Web Analytics Classic exports from 2018

With the changeover of the data model in 2018, older data was made available for download. This archive data has seen fewer and fewer downloads over the years and was completely inactive this year.

These exports from 2018 will therefore be discontinued at the end of November 2025.

What needs to be done if the data has not yet been backed up?

If the data has not yet been downloaded, log in to your etracker account and go to Exports → Export Queue. There you can download and archive the Web Analytics Classic exports.
