All prices quoted are subject to the statutory value added tax applicable at the time the service is provided.
Registration is binding on the date of receipt by etracker GmbH.
Participation is guaranteed when etracker GmbH sends the confirmation of participation.
The participation fee is due upon receipt of the confirmation of participation and must be paid within 14 days.
If the participation fee has not been paid by the time the service is provided, etracker reserves the right to exclude the registered participant.

Academy courses are planned on a long-term basis.
In exceptional cases, the dates may be changed.
If a course is canceled by etracker for important reasons, the participation fee will be refunded in full.
If the date has to be postponed, you can choose between a refund of the participation fee or a free rebooking.
Possible reasons for cancellation include, in particular, an insufficient number of registrations, illness of the trainer or force majeure.

Cancellation of participation must be made in writing (e-mail, letter).
Cancellation by the participant up to 14 days before the start of the course is free of charge except for a processing fee of 50 euros.
Cancellations less than 14 days before the start of the course will be charged 50% of the participation fee.
Cancellations made 7 days or less before the start of the certification course will be charged 100% of the participation fee.
etracker will apply 50% of the cancellation fee as a discount on a future participation fee if the participation booking is made within 6 months of cancellation.
