Onboarding Manager / Content Creator (f/m/d)

In this position, you will enable our customers to optimally implement and use etracker solutions.

The conception and implementation of modern forms of content such as video tutorials, live webinars, online training etc. will be the focus of your work. You enjoy getting in front of the camera yourself or supporting customers individually in a direct exchange.

You are able to explain even complex topics in an appealing and understandable way and you enjoy independent, creative content creation using modern video tools. You also follow trends and further developments in the area of web tracking & data protection and derive best practices for our customers.

Your area of responsibility will complement our Customer Service team – which you will support with documentation and support topics -, work closely with Product Management and contribute to the expansion of our service organization and processes.
