Create an unlimited number of configurations per report.

Settings in a report by applying filters, additional segments or selecting and sorting key figures can be saved as separate configurations and simply called up again with a click. These configurations are then also available for automated dispatch by e-mail. By default, the number of configurations that can be saved per report and user is limited to 10.

What to do if the number of 10 configurations is not sufficient for one user?

Simply create a new user via the user administration and save additional configurations via this user with the “Share with all co-users of this account” option activated. These configurations also appear in the selection list of the original user.
