Data views for users

With the help of global data filters, all reports can be customized for specific users. This simply ensures that individual users can only view data relating to the career section of the website, French content or a specific domain, for example. The global filter makes it possible to restrict the data based on the page name, URL, domain or navigation areas across all reports.

This is how the global filter is used:

• Create a new user profile in the settings under “User management”.
• Activate the item “Restrict report data access”.
• Enter the appropriate filter by selecting the dimension, the parameter and the filter entry (or several with OR link).

This user profile can then be assigned to selected users whose access to the data is to be appropriately restricted.
