What is the minimum contract term?
The minimum contract term is 12 months. You can also opt for a longer contract term at attractive license fee discounts. Prior to concluding a contract, you can try out all etracker products for a free trial period of 21 days without any obligation. So you can have all the time you need to become familiar with the system’s capabilities and efficiency.
How much notice do I need to give to terminate my contract?
The period of notice is four weeks to the end of the current contract term. If the contract is not terminated, it is automatically renewed for the duration of the contract period you have chosen.
Can I upgrade during the contract term?
You can upgrade to higher product editions at any time, provided there are no outstanding invoices. You can upgrade by simply clicking a button. This will give you immediate access to the advanced functions.
Do I need to purchase an etracker license for every individual domain?
No, you can analyse several independent domains with just one etracker license.
What payment options and payment terms does etracker offer?
In addition to credit card payments, we accept (international) money transfers, as well as direct debit payments for customers who have a German bank account. With respect to payment periods, you can select between payment intervals of every 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months. If you opt for longer payment intervals, you can benefit from attractive license fee discounts.
Do you provide assistance with integrating etracker, and what does the support service cost?
The etracker support helpdesk is free of charge and open from 9.00am to 6.00pm (CET) on Monday to Thursday, and from 9.00am to 5.00pm (CET) on Friday. Your etracker account also features a context-sensitive online help function for each menu item.
What happens to my data after my contract expires?
Your data will be deleted and will no longer be accessible after the contract has expired.
Do I have to do anything after the trial period expires?
No, you do not have to cancel anything when the trial period is over. Unless you place an order after the trial period has run out, there is no contractual obligation at all.
When and how do I receive my invoice?
You will always receive an invoice in advance for the entire license period. We will send you electronic invoices unless specified or agreed otherwise. Our electronic invoices contain a digital signature in compliance with the German Digital Signature Law. They therefore qualify as documentation for input tax deduction. You can access your invoices via your etracker account.
Can I terminate my contract during the contract period?
Yes. You can terminate your contract at any time taking into account a period of notice of 4 weeks to the end of the contract term. The contract will then be terminated with effect from the end of the contract term.
How much does etracker cost?
You can purchase an etracker license for just €9.90 a month (plus VAT). We offer attractive discounts for longer payment intervals and longer license periods. There are also “Lite” editions of the etracker software, with limited functionality. These can be used free of charge.
Can I try out etracker applications for more than 21 days?

Do I have to cancel my trial account?
No, you do not have to cancel your trial account. Unless you place an order after the trial period has run out, there is no contractual obligation at all.
Is there a free version of etracker?
Yes. There is no charge to use etracker Visitor Voice Lite and etracker Web Analytics Lite, although the functionality of these versions is limited.
Are there unlimited page impressions (PIs), for example if I place an order for €9.90 (plus VAT)?
For €9.90 (plus VAT), you can order the Web Analytics Basic edition, which includes a monthly allocation of 100,000 PIs. You will be notified by e-mail if this allocation is exceeded. Page impressions in excess of the allotted amount are billed on a monthly basis. You can find a detailed overview of the prices here.
